Movie Night at Highmark Brewery

I grew up in Ferry Farm and back in the day, the coolest stuff we had in the neighborhood was Jack's Market, Cherry Tree Lane, $2 Hole, and playing Pac-Man at Greek House. Times a changing friends! Highmark Brewery opened near MVP Trophy on Kings Highway in February and it has become the neighborhood place to be! We've spent the past two Saturday evenings there listening to great live music and have run into old friends from the area on both visits.

Highmark is super family friendly with a host of board games, corn hole and giant block games for the kids. Thursdays thru Fridays you'll find one of Fredericksburg's favorite food trucks on site. The beer is so great and for $16.00 you can order a flight of the daily selections. My personal favorite is Lone Wolf IPA, so good and refreshing!

Highmark Brewery is owned by Brandon Newton and Chuck Rau. They've created a wonderful addition to Fredericksburg & Ferry Farm.

Tonight Highmark Brewery is kicking off the first of their Movie Nights. They'll have three American classics which the crowd will choose from. Movie starts at 8pm so get there early to snag a spot for your chair & blanket. Food will be catered and offered for sale by an old friend's business, M.W. Johnson's Barbecue and Virginia grown popcorn will be free, sponsored by 718 Venue. How much fun does this sound like??

Have a great Saturday friends!
